F.A.Q. How long will it take my order to arrive? TOP
WFA is a very small business and most orders are filled on-demand, meaning we don't print it until it's ordered. Depending on the size of your order, it may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks for your order to ship. Please allow up to one week after shipment for your order to arrive.
During the holiday season (September onward through December) we do our best to ship within 48 hours.
How should I care for the prints while they are in my store? TOP
All prints come packaged either in clear bags or shrink wrap. You don't have to do much except protect them from water and sunlight. The plastic should keep the prints fairly safe from water, but obviously you don't want to submerge them or get them wet on purpose. You can clean the plastic on the outside with a slightly damp rag if necessary.
Due to the process we use to print the artwork, the prints have a tendency to condensate in direct sunlight, and sunlight shortens the amount of time before a print begins to fade. Condensation is very dangerous and even the plastic wrap will not help a print that has started to condensate, so please do not put your prints outside on hot days or in direct sunlight.
What is the suggested retail price for 8"x10" prints? TOP
Our suggested retail price is $15, and our wholesale prices reflect that.
Will my prints be signed? TOP
Only prints of artwork by Tiffany Toland-Scott will be signed. There is no way for us to get prints signed by the other artists - sorry.
I would like to arrange a signing at my store with one or more WFA artists. How do I do this? TOP
Send an e-mail to support@wholesale-fantasy-art.com with your request and we will forward it to the artists involved.
